Business outlook
Pros
Great pay and some of the most talented artists and leaders I've worked with. There was never a dull day as we had more autonomy in daily operations.
Cons
Brand and influencer partnerships didn't make any sense post-JSC and James Charles. HQ would fumble product launches and blame it on the supply chain issue. The entire M2 line was horrible. No room for advancement beyond SM. No work-life balance or proper resources were given to execute directives from HQ. Education was slim to none so newer artists felt discouraged.
