Experience that was carried over to new job. Decent Benefits Decent Time Off Policy Possibility of Commission (Mostly if Leasing Consultant) Discount on Apartment as well as Perks when transferring/pets

Pay is Not Enough (Asst Manager expected to get Commissions too when that mostly goes to Leasing) Company is Disorganized They do not follow State Regulations on Employee Files Properties are Short-handed with little being done. No Work/Life Balance (Especially if you live on property)
