Stagnant - Anonymous employee Morguard Employee Review

No one wants to take lead, but everyone has something to say. If you want to move up the "corporate ladder," you're out of luck here. Very stagnant; no growth for skills. Very political environment. When you're new with a higher position, people who've been there for years working the same basic position will look down on you if you suggest anything new than what they're used to then make it seem like you're bullying them. You can't work by yourself without having a person hawk over your shoulder. You feel very left out.
