Requires rectifying within 24 hours in a "sternly" written email by someone who isn't even a producer for the company (when the money YOU bring in pays everyone's salaries). **Advertises a written and structured way to obtain a bonus to employees, with nonpaying kpi technicalities, but then also label it as a "discretionary bonus". Extremely low 401k match for a billion dollar law firm.
