Pros
- Management was very understanding and took a personal approach to understand the problems to support your growth (whether business or personal) - None hierarchical and collaborative culture - Asia coverage so does not just cover HK which creates more opportunities for consultants
Cons
- Database is limited so requires alot of active headhunting - Need to be entrepeneurial; if the mindset is very structured with constant incoming business, Morgan Philips will not be right
