Pros
Good working environment, co workers are awesome and friendly. If you are working as analyst, they usually assist you if you have some trouble working with.
Cons
If you working remotely, payment will be a little delay since payroll needed to be invoice and it will take a little time sometimes a week delay from the actual date of salary. eg. you will recieved your payout by 12th day for the pay out of 5th.
