Business outlook
Pros
People are very friendly. Even people you don't know yet, smile and say hello. When you have a question, people are willing to help you out. The company has a culture of diversity and innovation. Very present physical environment, snacks all around, ping-pong table, free lunches, a 401K and an actual pension plan.
Cons
Health benefits are average. On-boarding is a bit sink or swim. You must be a bit of a self starter to make it in my opinion. No real cons that I can see though.
