      Pros

      Everyone helps each other learn to be successful, together. It's a great environment. I was always encouraged to be innovative and motivated (not micro-managed)! Wonderful, hard-working colleagues, who are now life long friends (even thought I've moved to another state). Morcom has been in business 33 years, pretty impressive! It was a pleasure working at Morcom. I learned so much, a large majority of it directly from the President/CEO. I am grateful for the time I had at Morcom.

      Cons

      At first I was frustrated with the "learning curve" because I was totally new to radio communications and air-to-gound communications systems. However, I was given the opportunity to learn, and it ended up being a very fulfilling career.

      Pros

      Morcom works on several interesting and diverse projects. They have a "go get it" attitude to where they consistently succeed in some very challenging work. With a sharp group of RF engineers, friendly administrative staff, and intellective CEO, Morcom's employees are a close-knit group who are proud of their work and the company they work for.

      Cons

      The sales staff can be stronger. With the intensely high quality output expected from their field workers, engineers, and technical staff, Morcom's sales department should be able to match that. If you're looking to sit at a company and milk the hours, Morcom is NOT the place for you. It's success is driven by it's hard-working and motivated staff.
