Pros
The residents become family, and a lot of us truly loved them.
Cons
Upper Management has their long term favorite Shining Stars and make no attempt to hide who they are. Nothing is taken care of -pushed under the rug until the next time an employee has an issue and doesn't know how to take care of it. They preach working together as a team ad nauseum, but they will throw you under the bus without a care when someone can. The people I could truly trust there in my many years was less than a handful and certainly didn't include my direct supervisor who worked closely with upper management.
They truly don't care about staff anymore. Was a wonderful place to work in the beginning of my time, but became more corporate, more into the $ aspect, and it went downhill from there quickly.
