Pros
Great place to work. Great pay Great equipment Plenty of work. Company has grown a lot in the past few years. Changes have been for the better! I'm confused by some of these reviews..I have not run into the problems some of the negative reviews suggest. I have had alot of health and personal problems in the past 2 years and everyone from Mr. Moore on down has been nothing but great to me and my family! Also I am of the opinion that you could pay some people $10,000 a week to sit at home and they would complain their butt hurts!!! This is the 3rd car hauler company I have worked for in the past 21 years and as long as things continue in the direction we are going it will be where I retire from!
Cons
Car hauling has its ups and downs no matter what company you haul for...the industry...not Moore is the issue. Loading cars when it's 100° in the shade and also when it's 20° out! This is a fast paced tough physical job!! It isn't for everyone! Some folks see what we make and think they are going to make that their first week out..their is a big learning curve! If you have a ton of patience and are mechanically inclined this could be the job for you.
