Good benefits and staff are friendly enough to your face, and is rewarding looking after the Kids.

Micromanaging, says one thing but means another, doesn't feel like there is room to grow independently, you need to 'fit in' and at times felt like you were not 'allowed' to make friendly with the other staff not in your deparment.

Lovely surroundings, casual dress (within reason), decent pay, lovely colleagues.

Same as everywhere, once people reach a certain level of management they develop a tendency to ignore common sense in favour of what they want/what they want to be true.
