Attorney Faust is one of the most a very understanding to family issues boss. He completely understands that family is very important. He is very reasonable and over the greatest boss I have ever had.

Having to be punished for past employees mistakes. Some employees are able to literally get away with everything frm stomping and throwing thing around the office to cursing at the boss even. Meanwhile, other employees couldn't even breath withut getting into trouble (at least that is how it felt). No room to better yourself in the company.
