Pros
The other call centre agents tended to be nice to work with and the starter teams were well managed and a general nice environment
Cons
You were hounded to progress to the banking sector as agents left, if you declined they would ask you again and again until you eventually accepted, send you on the pretence that if it wasn’t a good fit you could return to your previous role. Once you agreed to go to banking you were stuck, managers were awful, the team were unsupportive and you got 0 support with the changes you had to make. When you advised the high ups you didn’t feel it was a good fit or that you felt out of your depth you were met with “tough you can’t go back now” and were made to deal with it. The environment of this job caused me serious illness including debilitating migraines, when I had to take time off due to this and provided my sick note my contract was terminated
