Great place to gain valuable experience

Always way more work than time in the day

small company, great office and location

Never in my 20 year career have I been pulled into an office on my very first day to have my jeans criticized. This is a very casual workplace where men are wearing shorts and ball caps yet my completely covered jeans were called inappropriate. This led to so much anxiety about what to wear. Driven by white male privilege this was not a comfortable place to work.
