Management is mostly constricting, unbending, and disorganized at times. Wages are less if working 3 days per week. Scheduling is mostly unpredictable and disorganized. Mostly unsafe environment to work in regarding temperatures, pests, safety hazards, etc. Managers are mostly not privy or regarding employees' needs, concerns, etc.
