Pros
The legal team was one of the best run departments at Moonbug. There is a lot of attrition at Moonbug but not as much in law. All the legal colleagues were excellent at their roles and just friendly to be around. There were no junior lawyers in the team so I got a lot of responsibility and learnt quickly. Fun atmosphere, loads of young people, diverse, loads of socials, really well stocked snacks cupboard. In general some of the loveliest people I've ever worked with. I was compensated well. Good benefits, get medical insurance immediately.
Cons
People leaving all the time was a bit of a bummer. Not clear how you would progress in the legal business. Lunch is expensive since everyone goes to Camden market everyday. Coming in to the office 5 times a week.
