Heya Moolyan, Thanks for taking time to review us. Am glad you highlighted the opportunities and work culture. We are known for work culture and learning as well. Why? We don't build an environment where people compete with each other to grow. We tell people that your growth is only possible when your colleague grows. So, people help each other a lot. I am sure you are doing that too and someone is doing that to you as well. Otherwise, you would not have given us a super 5 star review. Now, coming to salary deductions. :) It is not we who do it because we want to. Ask anyone in IT, they will complain the same. Professional Tax, TDS, PF, Gratuity and all are government taking money away from you and me. When I joined my first job, I took the CTC and divided it by 12 and thought that was my take home. How funny, right. We all have done that. The way to overcome the deductions is by smartly investing. Time to time we organize sessions on tax saving and investments. I guess, we do it again this quarter. That way, we will be able to help you do better. Working on client location sometimes. This is part and parcel of our business and is actually a fun thing too. Pandemic has made all of Work From Home. Some clients are opening their office and some are not. So, let's see how the world goes.
