I came to Moog knowing about its fantastic reputation and benefits. I’ve been able to learn so much, collaborate with really smart people, contribute to the culture. The best part about my move to Moog has been the way that I have been supported and encouraged to move forward in my career. Within my first few months my manager was already talking about a progression plan; within my first year I received a surprise promotion and pay increase. The focus on career growth is unmatched compared to anywhere else I’ve worked.
Cons
Moog is not a diverse place and sometimes can get bogged down by the way things have always been done. There are also different policies and norms depending on the operating group; as someone who interacts with app OGs, this can be tedious.
