      Very flexible schedule. Any time you need time off you can get it. If you are a hard worker with plans on moving up within the company the people are here to help you do so.

      No clear career path for all positions. Below average salary

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
