There is no training program in place to help new hires succeed

What you describe is not what we strive for. We want all our employees to have the tools they need to succeed, which is why we are taking strides towards improving the new hire experience. We currently have managers spearheading an initiative to develop an Onboarding Hub to house Moog knowledge and expectations in a central location. We are also continually developing our Achieve @ Moog platform with the intent to aid in onboarding as well as exploration of the various roles Moog has to offer. The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
