Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your feedback; however, we are sad to hear that you’re having a negative experience with us. What you describe is not what we strive for. We want all our employees to have the tools they need to succeed, which is why we are taking strides towards improving the new hire experience. We currently have managers spearheading an initiative to develop an Onboarding Hub to house Moog knowledge and expectations in a central location. We are also continually developing our Achieve @ Moog platform with the intent to aid in onboarding as well as exploration of the various roles Moog has to offer.
