Pros

Great benefits, good salary. Vacation policy is updated. Basically unrestricted PTO comes to 4-5 weeks. Smart people all around. I feel enabled and empowered to do my job with little interference. Moog isn't a cheap company. They are willing to spend the resources to get a job done right.

Cons

I work across every operating group. It is like working with three different companies. The autonomy of each group can sometimes lead to some politicking but not nearly as bad as other places.

Pros

The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

Cons

There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
