Office is really nice and well located. Training are good. Have met 3 good friends there.

Cons

Pay is really really low. You gonna spend extra time at your desk for absolutely no recognition and no reward. Very stressful and competitive so few people can pretend they're your friends and open to help you, but they gonna stab you at the very 1st occasion. Some managers treat delivery consultants like dogs....

Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

Cons

This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
