Pros
It is a great, laidback setting to work in. I was given plenty of freedom in how I wanted to perform tasks. Working with professors is great because you are able to pick the minds of experts in each field.
Cons
The system for logging hours is prehistoric and overly bureaucratic. Hours must be logged on very specific paper and taken across campus to be dropped off. It is a huge hassle.
