Fast paced work environment. Well respected by clients. Leadership is more of a click. Hard but not impossible to be promoted unless you’re one of the favorites. Pay was excellent, so was the entire comp package. One of the best things about Monster is that once you move on, the Monster name speaks for itself and companies know that only hard workers survive at Monster.
