Monster does a lot for employees in terms of health benefits, work-life balance, opportunities to learn, and communication from senior leadership. There are a lot of really good people and supportive managers who genuinely care. No 2 days are the same and if you like to keep busy than there is no shortage of work or projects that you can jump in on.
Cons
This company has a history of poorly executing what otherwise may be good ideas. The forward thinking and innovative culture that used to be so prevalent is essentially gone. The company throws money behind "new tech" that doesn't yield results when there are so many other much better ideas and solutions that could be game changers. A LOT of missed opportunities that are sending them further and further in debt.
