The interaction between the management to the employees is great, you get to feel like a team

But then it all goes away when you are sent to the field and just get paid full commission for over 9-10 hours of work. Its not an easy job that they sell to the interviewees as they talk about pyramid etc room to grow... its nothing there to gain. We had to travel all across the city even the outskirts of the city with our own money which by the end of the week was a huge loss for those not selling much in their first few weeks.
