Pros
The work environment is very pleasant. Employees are very easy going and it’s very relaxed. I love that the dress code is causal. We dress for the role we have so if we’re not talking to clients just through emails it’s relaxed. The events they hold for us are always fun and motivating. Have a nice break during holidays to celebrate during the work day with your coworkers is a blast. It’s a big community everyone can work together in a way, we all understand each position matters just as much as the next. Health benefits are truly amazing. They take care of their employees.
Cons
The only real con I would say is the pay is lower than some other competitors. They do offer excellent health coverage and encourage work life balance so on a way it makes up for it to a degree.
