- The CEO thinks she's running a fortune 500 company, well, the reality is: a small cafe has more people than this company! And her micro-management skills are unmatched. Every day there's some report or meeting, which are completely unnecessary. Its only done to see whether employees are doing work or not. - CEO boasts about the culture but reality is totally different! Culture is absolutely toxic, there's no concept of leaves or personal time. They will ping all the time! And the best part is: There's no leave for Holi, Diwali or any other major festivals, this is the level they're at. CEO has certain favourites and has soft spots for them, so your word wouldn't matter. - There are no SOPs, everything is running at CEO's whims, very hard to adjust with that - Exiting this company isn't good either, they will make you feel its your mistake that you're leaving, you never deserved to be here. 60 days non-negotiable notice period, one day miss and your salary is gone! -The numbers quoted in the offer letter shatters upon arrival: the promised salary is a myth, with deductions that barely leave you with enough to scrape by. -There are more meetings than productive hours. Every small update needs a report, then a meeting to discuss the report, then another meeting to discuss why the report was made. -The work environment is a far cry from comfortable: no proper fan, terrible chairs and AC? Ppl are fighting for cooler here (They are such jipnas, they rent those cooler) , and water that’s nothing more than recycled plastic Bisleri bottles left to stagnate. - UNISEX TOILET! First time I saw it, I thought it was a joke. Then I saw people actually using it.
