They have family members and personal friends as their coworkers and will abuse anyone outside that circle. They only give commissions, promotions, bonuses, and raises to their personal friends and family members and WILL try to dodge worker's compensation. The brand on some products are removed so the customer doesn't know the manufacturer and go to them for a wholesale. So you can add the term "Scammers" on top of that too.
