      Pros

      benifets. pay is average. Operators are catered to. Operators get lots of road time when there isnt a storm, very relaxed easy work.

      Cons

      managment, staff stretched thin, 2nd shift worker works alone, very dangerous and stupid. Out dated repair equipment, which is also risky managment. One little screwup as a tech and your done, compared to operators.
