Pros
Incredible place to work, best team I've ever worked with. Great culture, some friction between different parts of the organization but to be expected. Great pay, good benefits. Excellent CEO.
Cons
Company is at a critical point in its lifespan where it is turning from a late-stage Start-up run on primarily venture capital to a mature company that is profitable on its own. Necessary but often painful shifts in structure, systems, and staff have been a constant. Often leaves you feeling unstable.
