Pros

Nothing good about this company.

Cons

Very unprofessional company. The owners yell and scream at each other every day. Their Admin puts her speaker phone on the highest level and screams into the phone. The Admin also gives you lectures on how you should not throw away your food wrappers into the garbage can. You should either take it home, or throw it away outside. Then she will lecture you on how to place yogurt in the refrigerator for the owner. As soon as you speak your mind, admin tells owners she does not like you, and she shows it. They also hire you for one job, then you get thrown into something you have never done before. CFO thinks everyone is an accountant and she is very rude. Building is very old and not enough bathrooms to go around for everyone. Someone is always in there and it is used by both men and women so therefore, it is totally disgusting. People that are listed as "Managers", are not allowed to make a decision without speaking to the CEO first to get permission for an ok. Very micromanaged. Lunch hours and breaks are assigned. No flexibility.

Pros

The company will take the time to invest in your growth if you are willing to show them you want to put in effort. Employees who are willing to take on responsibilities and drive their own success have tons of opportunities available to them. Good benefits, compensation, and 401K plans. The leadership genuinely wants to do right by their customers and is willing to go out of their way to help them which is rewarding to be a part of that mission.

Cons

Not a very large company so you sometimes have to be more thoughtful with your resources as they are not unlimited.

Pros

Can wear jeans daily and location are the only good things I can say about them!

Cons

Family owned businesses are really hard to work for. Their location is a dump not made to hire Inside Sales people that do a lot of Cold Calling. They have no high cubicles installed and you are put inside an office with 2 other people that don't do the same job as you so they are constantly asking you to tone it down. Give me a break! Their Micro Management style is ridiculous and their goals are even worse and so out of touch in today's business strategies. You get leads from Sales Genie (who uses them anymore?) that are so outdated that is not good and you also need to use their clumsy CRM application instead of just using Excel to document the Cold Call. CRM data is only for leads that have been prospected out of the Cold Call environment. They have a super annoying with a weird accent Inside Sales Rep and you will be compared to her constantly. They have a lot of people that have worked there for many years but based on their personality and background they will not be able to find a similar job if the company went out of business....
