Pros
laid back atmosphere (it's a library, c'mon), very nice management who listen and go out of their way to accommodate, flexible hours, and feels very homely. Since it's mostly middle-age women working their, it's like a big family of moms!
Cons
Don't expect to get promoted or handle much responsibility being a part-time student assistant as I was so for those looking to beef up their resume, there's not much to brag about or stands out.
