Pros
Great colleagues if you get yourself on a good team (creative, innovation, film teams seem lovely). Benefits are OK if you would prefer a quarterly party over any kind of respect from your peers and bosses.
Cons
Very low salaries, not competitive even to similar industries. Upper management does not have good attitudes and focuses entirely on the bottom line profit than what needs to be done to get work completed. South and North American offices will provide you with more benefits and respect than any others. Avoid the Dutch branches like the plague.
