Pros

noting is good here.worst sde seniors

Cons

Honestly, my experience here has been really disappointing. The seniors and manager hardly guide or teach anything — it’s always “just do it” without proper direction. There’s no sense of professionalism; it feels like a chaotic setup. If you don’t have any other opportunity, maybe consider it, but be prepared — this place can seriously demotivate you at the start of your career. The so-called SDE-1s act like they know everything, but the environment is toxic and unhelpful. For Java interns, it’s especially tough — constant tight deadlines, unrealistic expectations, and a manager who only knows how to say “update, update.” It’s been mentally exhausting.

Pros

The company promotes “ownership,” but in reality, it often means working without guidance, mentorship, or proper support. Employees are left to self-learn through YouTube, Reddit, and trial-and-error to complete tasks outside their expertise.

Cons

1. Employees are frequently assigned tasks far outside their actual skill set and are still expected to deliver flawless results with minimal guidance or support. 2. Project management often feels highly disconnected from both the development and design teams. Instead of clear ownership and coordination, there is constant confusion, shifting expectations, and avoidance of accountability, which creates unnecessary chaos in workflows. 3. The company offers little to no meaningful employee benefits despite enforcing a strict work-from-office culture. Employees commuting long distances daily are expected to manage the physical and mental exhaustion without any flexibility, support, or consideration. 4. There is almost no focus on employee engagement, team bonding, or creating a positive workplace culture. The office environment often feels emotionally draining, with very little effort made to improve morale or maintain a healthy atmosphere. 5. Over time, the work culture can severely impact confidence and professional growth. Constructive mentorship and encouragement are lacking, and employees may start doubting their own abilities due to constant criticism, bias from upper management, and limited opportunities for genuine development.
