None. Absolutely none whatsoever. There is not a single redeeming quality at Monkey Tree starting from the top dogs at HQ all the way to the center managers who treat you like literal trash.
Cons
Everything about Monkey Tree is a con. You are treated like nothing at Monkey Tree. They will suck every bit of joy, hope, and ambition out of you. Working at Monkey Tree was definitely an experience where I wish I never ventured into. Not only was I lied to during the interview process. Being told all sorts of empty promises and sweet nothings to REALLY get me on board this downward spiral into hell, but management is completely out of touch with reality. Monkey Tree is not a long term plan because they ensure their experienced teachers are driven out. They want new teachers who are cheaper for them because it's all about profit. It's sad how Monkey Tree can treat their teachers so poorly and think it's acceptable. The center managers are no prize either when it comes to their treatment of teachers. You are nothing to them. You have no opinion, you have no say, no voice, nothing. You will be made to teach grueling hours, shouted at for no reason, blamed for everything even if it has nothing to do with you, and taken advantage of if it means they benefit from it. Center managers will not care about the quality of education you teach so long as you put up with their abuse and make them a profit. If you want to be degraded, treated like trash, not feel a single shred of respect and be overworked like an animal, then Monkey Tree is the place for you.
