Cons are minimal, perhaps just the amount of work that can land on your desk periodically.

Some truly wonderful people in the mix. Projects are fun.

-Processes and pay are 10-15 years behind industry standard. -Some managers are good; others like to gossip, don't train their teams, and should not be managing people. -Departments are separate; collab between strategy, creative, account, and growth teams is extremely difficult. -The client is right at all costs. -Overall culture that values titles and seniority more than doing great work. -You will be told (long after you join) that it takes 3x as long as similar companies to onboard onto the processes. -VPs are very in the weeds and will take over your work without telling you. -Expectation to work overtime with rare attempts to fix it.
