No growth in this company.

There entire strategy is to hire interns who have no experience so the company doesnt have any expertise in any department. The CEO and his 2 friends who I have no idea what they do apart from shout on the employees for no reason are not professional at all. The CEO isn't from Mumbai so apart from the SoBo area he knows nothing at all. Oh also the CEO says not to hire any one who is Muslim or Christians because they dont work well and waste time.

I have been working in this organization for the past 5 years gaining valuable professional experience. The work environment has been positive & supportive which helped me grow both personally and professionally. During my time here I have learned many new skills. The organization has provided good learning opportunities and provided different tasks and challenges. Overall my experience in this office has been productive.
