      - Work is not so stressful - Have a chance to work with top banks in a region. - Relationship between colleagues are good.

      Solution is quite versatile so you might take time to understand the product and position it well. But you can get help from senior.

      Pros

      Reasonable pay. Work from home 3 days a week. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Bad micro management and disrespectful. Love to provide feedback about change how one works, but loathes receiving feedback back and change for the better too. No process, skimps on resources, guidance/trainings and tools. Better elsewhere or anywhere.

      Very good product used by large banks. Experienced management. Small, friendly and multi-cultural team.

      Deep technical skills expected from all roles. Lack of planning.
