Cons
-Management and regional teams were not aligned on what KPIs their employees needed to hit.
-Negative feedback was given behind staff's backs and not directly at us which made working relationships awkward
-Leaders were demanding results on tasks they didn't even understand/don't know how to do and didn't give budget for. Like putting up an event that's been delayed for a year with literally a Php 0 budget? Seriously?
