Work from home mostly, nice management supportive and friendly environment to work in, when you’re in the office, it’s a nice office and you get free drink drinks and fruit, well paid for the job it is in comparison to some others.

Struggle to book holidays as they get booked up quick. A lot of time I feel as though my holidays are denied because there’s too many people off.

Senior management is unbelievably snobby- no recognition on the floor. Don’t say hello or even crack a smile They ignore the hard work advisors on the phones and tend to only speak to each other All the managers are on a power trip and not supportive Work hours are long Expectation are just ridiculous at times Expected to finish calls even after your work day is done Feedback is not at all constructive If you’ve been there a while they will have your back, if they don’t like you, they will get rid of You Absolutely horrible work environment and no culture whatsoever Everyone is just miserable!
