If you work here once, then you will become capable enough to manage any tough situation.

* Management will treat you like slave. * No leave on Saturday and even they will ask you to work on alternate Sundays. Don't worry they will give you comp off but you are not allowed to take it because the project you are working is veryyyyyyyy critical and you should work all day, all night (80 hours a week) but they will pay you only for 48 hours. * No project manager to understand the tech problems but you know what? the CEO and CTO are big shots in tech they will assign you tasks, clarify your doubts if you are stuck in between somewhere (Everything is 5 mins job), determine the deadlines. * If you are saying a task will be completed in 4 days i.e, (4 days * 8.5 hours/day = 34 hours) , you will be asked to finish the task in 2 days, know how? 2 days has 48 hours, 48-34 = 14 hours... you have 14 hours to relax yourself. * If you have seen "Horrible Bosses" movie and want to feel it in real life. Join this company.

Only for internship guys this company is good not for full time employees. Working colleges will be so friendly in Nature. Management is very poor.

They have detected the PF amount from my salary but still they not generated UAN for me. I following them for last 4 months to get my PF amount thy still saying its in IN progress, from starting they saying the same story. They said like first 6 month I will be getting internship salary afterwards they will increase but for more than 1 and half years I got internship salary alone, they had a story its corona time. Most people don't have job , at least u having job like that .
