-cool perks and great young coworkers -if you get promoted/hired at the right time you can luck into $100K+ a year
Cons
-no loyalty to employees (no severance offered after 1.5+ years of loyal work) -fire people without warning or probationary period -can't leave office before 6:15-6:30 each day without risk of being asked why you're leaving early -every manager there started working as entry level so they have NO outside experience managing
