Long hours and you work 10 days straight with four days off. your first 2 years in the company you only get 1 week of vacation and this includes sick time and any personal time. The management treat you like you have no opinion and they are really a company you work for until you find something better. This company has HUGE turn over in employees. The quality department is a joke!!!!! The production department is even worse. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!
