Flexible work hours, their mission is deeply based in DEI, flexible work location, summer Fridays, amazing dedicated leadership, implementation of actually beneficial metal health resources, AND a dog friendly office. There are so many more to list. Truly is an incredible team doing even more incredible work.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but business is still new so it's exciting to be on the ground and help implement new policies and see the team and business grow quickly.
