Cons
They continuously hire new people. They had 60 salespeople and only 25 leads a day. As a new employee you might get one appointment a week so kiss any chance at a bonus good bye. You pay for your own gas, car, business cards, office supplies, everything you need to be successful. This eats up the tiny base salary very quickly and you end up paying them to work. The leads aren’t qualified so you may drive an hour to someone who doesn’t know you’re coming, doesn’t know why you’re there or they simply won’t be there. The magic script doesn’t get you a ton of sales and the expect you to try a hard sell tactic to get people to sign. My manager told the team to burn our leads. If the say no, keep pressuring the customer until they literally through you out of the house. They fired the canvassing team leader because he complained. He was very good but not treated well. When the canvassing team heard this, the entire team quit.
