Pros
I worked for both Pathable and Core-Apps. The managers and the teams within both brands are great! They do a great job of creating an engaging work culture while still working in a remote setting. The managers are willing to help and step in when necessary and do a great job providing their employees with resources to help manage clients.
Cons
Community Brands as a whole has been laying off people in the masses. They failed to implement changes such as pivoting their virtual events platform, Pathable, back to its original set up after COVID lightened up and people wanted to go back in person, leading to decreased sales and eventual layoffs of key team members. These layoffs lead to overloading their remaining employees with clients and not providing the resources necessary to make them successful. When employees are laid off they are not given any time to handoff clients leaving the remaining employees to clean up the mess.
