Pros

Community Brands is a true tech start-up in Tampa Bay that has grown up and done amazing things with employees who are dedicated to taking care of customers. The employees who excel at CB love supporting the customers mission through tech and go above and beyond.

Cons

Community Brands brought together many companies in a short period of time and with that comes new systems, new procedures, new people and as we all know change can be difficult to manage through. I believe the people who stay care deeply and want to work for a company that’s more than “just a job”....They want to make an impact. I have seen people leave and come back for this reason. Change is necessary to stay relevant in today’s world and Community Brands is a great example. If you don’t like change. This probably is not the place for you. If you do want to make a difference...The opportunity is in front of you.

Thank you for your feedback - we have grown so much from the start up's of our legacy divisions to now one Community Brands! We are somewhere in the ballpark of 36, almost 40 acquisitions in the last 1.5 years. We aren't perfect and still have room for improvement, process changes, improved communication and many things other fast paced tech companies are challenged with however it's an exciting time here at Community Brands. We have had lots of change but that also has created unlimited opportunity to learn, grow, take on more and for team members to add value impacting better product, better service and innovation!

Pros

Great front line leadership, hybrid schedule, great people to work with

Cons

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
