Cons
If you're considering working here, proceed with caution. The company is heavily micromanaged, with little trust placed in employees. Favoritism plays a major role—unless you're on a Sales Director's "favorites" list, you're likely to be assigned the worst-performing accounts ("boards") with unrealistic sales expectations. The culture is toxic, driven by unattainable targets that push employees toward unethical behavior. Management explicitly encourages taking roles from client associations' career centers to inflate metrics—something that not only feels wrong but creates tension with the very partners we're supposed to support. HR is not a safe space. Reporting mistreatment leads to dismissal of your concerns and often results in retaliation from the individuals you reported. There is no accountability at the leadership level, and morale across teams is extremely low. This is not a sustainable or supportive place to grow your career.
