Great people - Project Coordinator Momart Employee Review

Salary has been stagnant for the last 7 + years. Due to pay and internal politics, many people have left. With the amount of money that runs in the artworld, it's ironic that staff aren't paid more. It took 8+ years to finally be paid the UK median salary... I decided to take a higher paying job in the same sector due to cost of living and an offer of a 50% pay rise. With many staff being at Momart 10-15+ years, it's very difficult to 'climb the ladder'.
